Our software creates your campaign and notifies your members to sign in and add their supporters. Team members receive weekly reminders to sign in and add their contacts.
Once a 'supporter' is added, our software includes them in your campaign, where they receive customized messaging about your organization, individual members, and your campaign mission! Supporters are included in your campaign for 6 weeks unless they contribute or opt out.

Once a "Contributor" is added to your campaign they will receive 6 weeks of personalized messaging content (unless they opt out or contribute).
Your campaign concludes when you and your team members have not entered a new follower over the course of 6 weeks.
Request a payment check at any time (even while fundraiser is on-going) and a paper check will be sent to your mailing address.
We create personalized messaging campaigns and social media posts (IG/FB/X) that include your organizations campaign mission, fundraising objective, and customized details about your organizations background. These messages are sent to your added contacts weekly for a total of 6 weeks (unless opt-out or contribute)
The contributor will be deleted from your fundraising campaign and no longer receive campaign messaging. They will receive a thank you message after donating.
Through our Campaign Portal, simply enter your team members name, email, and phone number. Your roster includes players, coaches, and parents in the organization who receive weekly reminders to sign-in and add their contacts.
This depends on the amount you're trying to raise and the number of players in your organization, but a good rule of thumb is to add a minimum of 10 program supporters to your campaign.
The more added the higher chance your campaign has to exceed its campaign goal.
YES! Your contacts can opt-out of all campaign messaging (included in all messages received)
